Refund Policy
If you are not fully convinced of your order 😢, you can exchange it or return it. The product is eligible for exchange or return only if it meets all criteria below:

The exchange or return period is up to 14 days after delivery date. Any requests after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

The product needs to be in perfect condition, i.e., no stains of any kind, unworn, unused and unwashed. In case of any damage, dirt, stains or clear signs of use, wear and tear, we can unfortunately not exchange or refund your purchase.

Products on sale or as part of a giveaway cannot be exchanged or returned.

Gift cards cannot be exchanges or returned.

Postal costs of any exchanged or returned product are at the customer's own expense (local drop off is also possible on a mutually agreed upon time and date -- see address below). In case of exchange, we will send you the new product(s) back for free.

The original shipping costs (if applicable) are not included in case of a refund of an order.
In case your returned product cannot be accepted for exchange or refund, it can be sent back to the customer at his/her own expense or can be picked up locally -- see address below. Any exchange or refund is only processed once the request has been accepted at our end.
Return Procedure
Follow the instructions below to exchange or return a product:

Send us an email at info@2copains.com within 14 days after delivery date. Mention your order number, which items of the order you would like to return and what you would like to do with each item (exchange or refund). We typically reply to you within 1-3 business days.

Send the items (and all necessary documents) back to us (on your expense) -- see shipping address below (local drop offs are also possible on a mutually agreed upon time and date).

In case of an exchange, once your exchange is accepted and the new items are ready to be shipped (depending on whether the items are in stock or back-order), we send you the new item(s) back for free.

In case of a return, your money will be refunded once your return is accepted. Note that the original shipping costs are not included in the refund. The refund may take up to 30 calendar days once your return has been accepted.

Items are returned at your own risk! It is up to you to prove that the relevant package was sent back to us and actually delivered to us. We cannot be held accountable for any products lost in transit.

We recommend you to send back items by courier with a track & trace option. By using a track & trace options, you are sure the package will be delivered safely. We are not liable for any lost package.

Return all items in their original packaging and seal it properly. If the original packaging is lost or damaged, please use a proper return bag. We are not liable for any damages to the returned products occurred during transit.
